Leadership Bootcamp Program
"After completing the training, I reflected on my role as a cooperative leader. I began to question whether the vision, mission, and strategies we set truly serve the goal of improving our members' quality of life. In many cases, cooperative management focuses on generating high profits, dividends, and patronage refunds. Yet, members remain in debt, trapped in a cycle of working endlessly to serve money throughout their lives. At the same time, we neglected to equip our members with essential knowledge—especially financial literacy. In fact, many of us on the board also lack sufficient understanding and have not made enough effort to learn. The chair that the instructor presented as a symbol served as a powerful reminder: in everything we do, we must always think of our members first. It was a meaningful lesson. If a leader possesses the right mindset and sound understanding, it will greatly benefit both the organization and its members. Therefore, leaders must continuously train themselves to think, speak, and act correctly."
